Upon arrival, our representative ensures a smooth transition to the chosen location, arranges consultations, and oversees the patient's care throughout the treatment. Regular updates are shared with the family, and additional services such as pre and post-operative care, consultations, and medication assistance are available. After successful treatment, we can arrange travel for sightseeing with the doctor's approval. Additionally, we manage return airport transfers and address post-operative queries and follow-up treatment.

First Step

Upon receiving a query, our experts request current reports and case history to gather comprehensive information about the patient's current issue. Additionally, patients are kindly asked to provide their full name and exact age.

Second Step

The comprehensive report of the patient is forwarded to several super specialty hospitals in India that are in collaboration with us. The diverse opinions obtained assist the patient in making an informed decision, taking into account factors such as cost and others. The profile of the doctor will also be included.

Third Step

We send an email containing the doctor's recommendations, the estimated cost, and the expected duration of the patient's treatment. Ample time is given to the family to select their preferred hospital and location in India.

Fourth Step

We facilitate the visa application process by offering an assistance letter from the preferred hospital. To streamline this, we request documents such as scans of the patient's and attendant's passports for the assistance letter. The patient is then advised to reach out to the Indian High Commission for further assistance.

Fifth Step

After the completion of the visa process, we compile a list of hotels and budget guest houses situated in close proximity to the hospital. This is designed to ensure a seamless travel experience for both the patient and the attendant. Additionally, arrangements for local transportation can also be facilitated.

Sixth Step

Upon arriving in India, our representative will greet the patient at the airport and accompany them to the hotel or hospital, based on their preference. If needed, we can also coordinate a consultation at the hospital.

Seventh Step

The designated representative will oversee the patient's well-being throughout all appointments, evaluations, and treatments at the hospital.

Eighth Step

We ensure that the family receives regular updates on the patient's daily treatment and progress directly from our end.

Ninth Step

In addition to the treatment, the patient has the option to receive pre and post-operative care, as well as any other necessary consultations. We also provide assistance with medications and fulfill any other requirements the patient may have.

Tenth Step

Upon the successful completion of the treatment, if the patient and attendant wish to explore India, we can make the necessary arrangements. However, approval from the attending doctor is mandatory in this case.

Eleventh Step

We take care of the patient's and attendant's return airport transfers, and we handle any post-operative queries and follow-up treatment for the patient.
